"We purchased our quartzite slab from Chico Design Center, and the quality was the best we found anywhere. We had actually spent a day traveling to Sacramento to look at slabs, not realizing that Chico Design Center had such an excellent selection right here in town. We couldn’t believe we had gone all the way to Sacramento when the best-quality slab we found was right here in Chico!
We also wanted to replace the knobs and pulls on our kitchen cabinets, and Chico Design Center has a wonderful selection to choose from. The highlight of that experience was working with Cayenne. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service.
We are so happy to have found such a great resource right here in Chico. Between the quality of their products, their selection, and their outstanding service, we highly recommend Chico Design Center!"
"David and Morgan are design wizards! They listened to what I wanted, asked questions that helped me narrow down my choices and suggested designs that helped me end up with exactly the bathroom I had envisioned. Not only that, they are just good and kind people."
"We bought some laminate flooring from them, but wound up in a dispute about how much they ordered and how they couldn't take the overage back. When I wrote them a letter explaining my position, they very quickly made it right.
I don't evaluate customer service when everything goes according to plan- I make my evaluation based on how they handle problems. Dave and the gang took care of us, and I can't recommend them enough."
"I love the variety of options available to choose from. The help they provide with design and verification on measurements. I especially like the Clarence room."
"Dave and his team were incredible from start to finish. Dave helped give guidance on which stones were best in different scenarios for our kitchen counters without being a pushy sales man and was helpful with tips and tricks to my husband for install. Delivery was very smooth and his team took care of billing with ease (at very affordable prices!!).
If you’re looking for a shop with hometown charm and customer service look no further!"
"Dave is very honest and professional, helped me and my fiance with lots of questions. Highly recommend"

"You have to check this place out. Dave and his staff are friendly and professional. Lots of choices. Would definitely reccomend."
"Dave at Chico Design Center is wonderful. He has been with us all through our bathroom gut job and has been a great resource. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through every time we got into trouble. We are DIY and we didn't have experience in some areas. Dave never made us feel like we were bothering him. During this time of supply chain issues he kept on top of things and kept us informed. On top of all this, Chico Design Center has a fantastic selection. Don't waste your time at the Big Box stores. Shop local and get accurate advice"
"Super friendly and a great showroom for ideas. They ordered us what we needed and even held a second slab of granite for us while our fabricator helped us decide our layout."
